Q...Why are the drums not rotating?

A...Check the lock pin is not sticking, this can be found with the main door open on the left hand side of the drum in front of the refrigeration unit. (Hinge side of machine).

Q...What Maintenance is needed for this Model?

A...The main item is ensuring that the Condenser is always kept clean.

This is easily done by brushing the finned coil in a downward motion (coil is visible when the door is opened and is located in the middle at the bottom of the machine).
