Q…How do I reset faults?

A…With the door open and an error displayed on the screen press the # button then the * button on the quick function key pad.




Q…What does “make another selection” mean?

A…This means that the control board has locked out this selection due to an error that has occurred.

  1. Reset the error by pressing the # button then the * button.
  2. Press “80” (Test Vend) and then the selection number that was previously faulty. It should now run.



Q...What does “cab 1 receiver warning” mean?

A...This means that during the golden eye self check it noticed a non fatal error.

To clear:

  1. With the door open press the # button then the * button.
  2. Remove the first product from one selection.
  3. Shut the door.
  4. Put money and make the selection with the missing product the credit will remain until the second product has dropped.
  5. If the money is taken without a product dropping then reset the golden eye by reprogramming.



Q...What does “cab 1 receiver failure” mean?

A...This means that the golden eye has failed reset fault and test.

  1. If golden eye does not operate then clean the red protective lenses in the delivery bin covering the golden eye boards.
  2. Re-confirm that the golden eye is active in the program and re-test.



Q...How to set prices?

A...Press the quick keys or enter mode “20” through the program

  1. Enter the price first then push the arrow key to move the cursor down to “Selection”.
  2. Then press the selection number required to price.

***Please note that Coin mechanism must be fitted.




Q...Why is some of the coils in a different position to the others?

A...This is because the Golden Eye is set to drop.

  1. In this mode after a full complete rotation of the motor if the product has not been seen by the golden eye sensor the motor will continue to rotate until the product has broken the beam of the sensor. This will cause the motor to stop in any position.
  2. 2. To reset: with the display showing press “C” for modes, press the “C” button then close the main door, the system will do an automatic scan and reset any motors off their home position.
